Return/Refund Policy
Only orders that are cancelled verbally at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a refund. If we have attempted delivery of your order, delivery charges are not refundable. Any non-perishable, hard good item may be returned to our shop within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or in-store credit. If there is an issue with a perishable item such as fresh flowers or a plant, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt.
